• He began his nursing career in 2003 as a certified nurse aide. James is a Registered Nurse-RN and has worked as a charge nurse.Staff Development / Nurse Educator and also as a Director of nursing.
• He is committed to help others who want to start a career in the nursing field, which resulted in the founding of Kansas Medical Training College CNA Training in Oladhe, Kansas, in 2021.
