These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kansasmtc.com and your enrollment in programs offered by Kansas Medical Training College (“KMTC”). By enrolling or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment and eligibility
Some programs have prerequisites. For example, an active CNA credential may be required for the CMA program. You are responsible for confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements for the program you purchase.
Payments, deposits, and installments
Tuition and fees are shown at checkout. We accept payment in full, deposits, or installment arrangements where offered. Final assessments and certificates may be withheld until your balance is paid in full.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which follows Kansas requirements for postsecondary training programs. In summary: you may cancel in writing within three (3) days of signing your enrollment agreement and making an initial payment and receive a full refund; if you withdraw after completing 25% or less of the program, you are eligible for a pro rata refund; and after 25% completion, tuition and fees are not refundable. Attendance and completion
Programs follow a set schedule and require satisfactory attendance, coursework, and competency completion to earn a certificate. Failure to meet program requirements may delay or prevent certification.
Course access and conduct
Your account and course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for conduct that violates these terms or our policies.
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required coursework and competencies and once any outstanding balance is cleared.
Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and branding are owned by KMTC or its licensors and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page.
